The cigarette lighter socket has fallen through its housing next to the gear stick and I just cannot pull it back up ! Any suggestions?

I use it for my Dashcam . It still works but it is not ideal as I would like it set back in its place .

You might be able to access it by removing gearstick bellows/cover. I assume if its dropped through though something has broken.
