INNO Tyre Hold Cycle Carrier. (Bought a Thule 599 instead.)

Has anyone any experience with using an INNO Tyre hold Cycle Carrier?

I have ordered one as well as Aero bars to fit it to and this is to carry by light Carbon Frame Mountain Bike or other light bikes with,

and for quick and easy carrying when it is not in the car.

They are not in stock so i have time to cancel if not as good as i thought it might be, any input welcome thanks.

The Cycle Carrier not in stock yet so a Thule 599 carrier fitted instead.
