I got a new Huawei p40 pro and it doesn't have access to google play. Is there any other way to connect my phone to my car to be able to make phone calls hands free?

Are you talking about Bluetooth connection or Skoda Connect? I wasn't aware that phone and media functionality of the former relies on Google services.
