VRS front parking sensor retrofit in honeycomb grills - possible?

Hi all, I'm returning to the VRS fold after a few years away. Found a great looking meteor grey hatch at the weekend & just couldn't say no! (I was after an estate but that's  a different story).

This must have been asked before, but is it possible to retrofit a set of aftermarket front parking sensors and locate them in the honeycomb grills? This would save cutting and painting the bumpers and might just be an all round simpler option whilst still looking discreet.

Any thoughts, anything I need to know?
