There would be more benefit to me having one of these if I hadn’t  already fitted bonnet struts and deleted the prop.

Do all the Oct 3's come with a mini Ice scraper in the fuel filler or was it just certain models - my 2015 Scout did

All of them should. I’d guess the only exception might be poverty ‘S’ models. 

That washer cap filler comes as an additional part on Skoda's; but is generally standard on all 2018/19 MK7 Golfs onwards.  It can be retrofitted.

 

Icescrappers are standard (even on S spec).

Not sure why they would put a ice scraper as standard spec (used less) over the funnel for the washer bottle, which is awkwardly placed behind the bonnet prop.🤷🏻

Škoda introduced the funnel later, in the Kamiq, in think.

 

You have to watch the development of what VW group do. The washer filler cap is a newish design; it was offered as an accessory to all Skodas from 2013 onwards, and as part of Skodas improvement list (of trying to up their minimal options for each new range of cars), they made the cap standard spec (it only costs an extra couple of pennies for them at manufacturer). 

 

Ice Scapper....its a small piece of translucent plastic costing pennies....its a standard item and all cars would have been issued with them as standard.

So you upgrade to bonnet lifters instead of a prop
