Recently had a letter from Skoda regarding a recall due to problems with the online communication unit,.

My car is now booked in so  hopefully it will sort out the blank black screen and many numerous problems with the infotainment system as well

 

Not received anything from Skoda regarding my Kamiq.

Just have to wait 🤞

Good job it's only certain Scala's & Kamiq's!

My dad had this done on his Kamiq a few weeks ago, it took about an hour.

Had this problem where infotainment screen either reacted like a bad TV signal or just did not “light up”. No problem with getting Vantage to replace. I waited just one week for the replacement and one hour for fitting.
