Anyone know if the VW golf mk4 1.8t gti airbox is the same as the Octavia's or can somebody provide me with the Octavia's part number??

Yeah, looks like the top and the bottom of the airbox have different part numbers but they appear to match up.

 

Octavia airboxes sell for £30+ whereas the golf ones go for around a fiver! No brainer if they are the same part number...
