Voltage can be increased with VCDS only on certain Roomsters, mostly very late models, 2012 still had the old BCM that did not really allow much tweaking voltage wise.

I have never experienced such crap headlights as the MK2 Octavia projector lights, worse even than my VW split screen campervan with 6 volt electrics, poor earths and a slipping dynamo belt.

Please post a link to your solution.

I apologize for the huge delay.

Sorry, it's in Italian, but pictures can tell the story...

However, if anyone is interested in details, I can explain everything.

After about a year from installation, those LED bulbs are still working properly.

Not just Face lift Octavias,  had projector headlamps on my BMW 530d that would barely illuminate my drive.  BM

Garage unbothered. Better/silverstar H7s  or whatever helped fractionally.

Recently got my Mk2 facelift, and scared myself driving  on a rainy night. Better with Osram Nightbreakers, but going to try flattening the beam to Continental style ( MOT Tester friend says now legal  in UK) , as suspect may improve things. Will report back.

Well, changed to continental style flat beam( using useful instructions on BriSkoda)  seems no worse, and possible a little more consistent, - possibly because less side spread.
