Brake disc size on a vRS?

Featured Replies

Whats the fornt disc size on an Octy vRS 2001 model? My bike garage say they have two sizes coming up, one is 288mm which they think is the right size but also a size of 312mm.

Is 288mm the standard brake disc size for the front?

I'm fairly sure all UK spec Octavia vRS cars have 312mm front rotors. (and 256mm rear)

Yep, 312mm front, 256 rear. Same fit as Audi TT 225

:) Defo; 312mm........... but if you know where to get some 323mm brembo discs cheap i would be very interested:rolleyes:

OK well getting Ferodo 312mm front discs and pads with sensors fitted for £217 which is a shed load cheaper than the dealership quoted so could have been worse.

Wow - old thread! But yes those do look to be the correct fitment. Depending on where you're located there might be cheaper good quality options like Pagid or Brembo...
