Retrofit Genuine Skoda Reversing Camera

Hi, New here so please if this has been answered before can someone point me in the right direction.

 

I'm wondering if anyone knew if there is anyone in north east england (preferably close to middlesbrough) that supplies and retrofits genuine Skoda reversing camera? Also if anyone has had one fitted, rough costs?
