A see through type covering is available from dealers at over £45,to cover the top  bumper area when loading.

I had in mind a stainless steel plate ,shown on auction site for Citigo ,fixed using 3M tape.

When it arrived ,i could see immediately it was too wide to fit on the flat area when tailgate is up. Shown on packet for VW Up,so presumably glass tailgate on Up requires a different bumper.

It has been returned,as they had no explanation  .Has anyone bothered to fit one ,and if so do you have a link??

It would look terrible on my pearlescent black Citigo - think I'll stick with my old, trusty 'house mover's blanket' that I keep in the shed, for the 3 or 4 times a year I go to the tip!  Besides, that plate doesn't cover the bits that really can get scuffed....

Already saw that one...a bit of an eyesore ,and doesn't cover the area that takes the bashing. Rubber mat will be kept in the boot,as and when......
