Possible Purchase 07 Fabia 1.2

Been offered a low mileage 1.2 petrol Fabia (32k) owner says road tax is £30 pa but checked myself and its coming up a £150...which is correct?

its nigh on mint condition, one owner with fsh (non main dealer)...what would be a ball park figure approx to pay)
