Hi does anyone point me in the right direction on how to remove the inlet manifold off my Mk2 Octy vrs?

 

I've removed the egr and tb so gonna give them a good clean and the manifold is pretty much caked up aswell. Looks like lasagnia inside solidified.

 

 

Just keep undoing nuts/bolts until it comes off!

There's a few tricky bolts underneath the metal part at the rear with injectors I think making it tricky to reach there without removing
