A bit of a random one, but are there any ŠKODA dealership staff on here that wouldn’t mind me dropping them a message for some advice? My local dealership hasn’t responded to emails (which I appreciate may not be their fault directly) and I’m looking for some advice with regards to my current PCP and options.

Calling on the phone and asking to talk to the dealer principal usually gets you someplace if you tell the receptionist that the sales executives are ignoring you.
