Intake air hose for performance filter

Hi all.

Recently I ordered some car parts online and, to avoid shipping cost, threw this performance filter into the basket. 
 

Didn’t give it much thoughts honestly. I had one 10 years ago and I liked the engine roar it produced. But installing this into Superb 2.0 TDI isn’t simple and straightforward. If I remove original box, there’s no place to fit it on the original intake hose.
 

Any idea where I could buy proper hose with angle (and compatible connection for MAF piece) to mount the filter where original air filter box is placed? Can’t Google anything definitive on this... Attached picture is borrowed from VW but engine bay set-up is the same.

Shipping to EU is a must have.
