Unable to input some postcodes after Amundsen Satnav update.

Any tech guys out there?  I've just bought at Yeti L & K 2015.  Decided to update the maps which were working fine to 2020/21 via the portal.   Followed all the instructions from putting VIN in etc.   The SD card is a proper Skoda one that came with the car.  System recognises the database and the map looks fine but when I try to put in  a GL or CV postcode it won't accept the L or the V even though they are not greyed out.    When i try to navigate to my home setting it says there is no mapping.   Have tried unzipping with different software and different computer but to no avail!!

Any ideas?
