What models fits this touchscreen?

Featured Replies

Hi

I bought an Amundsen mib2 touchscreen. It was a little spontaneuos.

I have realised it won’t fit my car. I am trying to sell it, but can’t find any information on which models it fits.

The part number will confirm it but at a guess, it's a MK3 FL Octavia Amundsen display (MIB2.5).

I know, i really struggle to find out which car models it fits, like which skoda brands, year, and does it fit to Volkswagen cars etc?

Turn it over and tell us what the part number is...

Okey, so how do i now find every car model it fits? I have searched as much as i can🙈

As a start 5E0 = Octavia 3.

The rest of the part number tells what it is and version, there are experts on here such as @SashaGraceand @pab567who can answer what infotainment systems and versions that will work with - wait for them to come along and you'll get the answers you need.

Thank you👍🏻

It's exactly as I said previously, a 5E0919605M is originally fitted to a facelift MK3 Octavia with a MIB2.5 Amundsen.

I believe it will also work with the MIB2 Amundsen and MIB2 Columbus but not the MIB2.5 Columbus. It will only fit in a MK3 Octavia :)

Unless you got it super cheap, why not return it? There might be a small 'restocking fee' but it may still be the quickest/easiest way to get your money back.

Confirmed - factory fitted with Amundsen 5Q0035864C / 5Q0035874C, works as well with older Amundsen MIB2 units, Columbus MIB2 (3V00350xx) and MIB2 Bolero (just NAV button has no function in this case).
