Car Vacuum

Featured Replies

Hello all, looking for a decent vac at reasonable cost (under £200) don't mind if its mains, battery or 12v, I would think it better if it had a flexi hose in the tools to get into the hard to reach areas.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations,

Jim

In the past I have had both `Battery` and `12v`. They just don't `cut it`.

My advice would be to get the best mains operated vac that you can afford.

Personally I use a `Miele` which I'm very happy with.

Regards

Mike.

Thanks Mike, I agree I have bought cheap 12v in the past and they have been next to useless, I'll go with mains & check Miele out

I've recently bought a "Titan" wet and dry from Screwfix - I'm not a detailer, but suction is great, comes with the usual accessories and is lightweight. Gets into the wife's deep piled floor mats and removes most of the sand embedded.

Cable is 5m and hose is a good length.
