Missing maxidot menus

Hi folks, 

recently retrofitted a maxi dot display to my 2011 Octavia VRS Facelift. It works fine but its missing the convenience menu and the lights and vision menu. Is this something to do with the maxi dot software or am I missing any hardware? I've got VCDS so can have a good route round but haven't found in any of the control modules an option to activate these menus like in the pre face lift cars. Could some body point me in the right direction for what to do?  My central electrics module (control module 9) part number is 1K0 937 097 J. This control module has taken over from module 46 the comfort control module that was on the pre facelift right? As there is no response from module 46 when I plug in VCDS
