Hello I bought a 2010 Skoda Superb.
I then want to connect my cell phone to the radio but unfortunately I couldn't get it to work. When I press the button on the phone it goes into mute mode and unfortunately I couldn't find it under System. I already have it once in the factory setting again unfortunately without success. I hope you can help me.

Is phone connected to the car by the MFD? ( centre dash)

My 2011 Bolero unit that came with a Superb SE did not have the Bluetooth module with it.

I got it installed at a car audio shop as a retro fit.

Have a check if the Bluetooth unit is actually there

The phone is not connected via the MFD because the car has no Bluetooth.
