Swing infotainment swing - partly working - help needed to fix it

Hello,

Our skoda fabia swing infotainment system suddenly stopped working. But the strange thing is, radio is working, but if I press phone, it say "telephone not available". Also, there is no content in media. Vehicle button do not return any menu item.

Has any one seen this issue? if then how can I solve it.
