Seems an issue started with our 2014 Superb Estate last night when the wife and daughter struggled to open the boot, today that's now turned into the mirrors not unfolding and no power to the drivers door panel so no lights  in the switches and the switches all not working.

All fuses for windows are intact, is this the dreaded broken wires in the body to door loom issue? Its dark and raining now so looking for any pointers please? Any other fuses that I should be looking at? Haven't spotted the one for the elec door mirrors in the list, are they part of something else?

It sounds like it. you need to look at the loom where it exits the door frame and passes through the rubber hose. That will tell you whether or not the wiring is split. That where mine was split. Not an easy job that bit. 

 

There are loads of videos on line to assist this. But you probably know that anyway.
