Hi would anyone know what seats from the vag group would be a straight replacement for the mk3 superb seats, electric because I am finding these seats very uncomfortable thanks 

I can't help in answering your actual question but I'm not totally sure it's just the seat... I think it's a combination of the pedal positions vs the seat shape and lateral position.  But my feeling is that a flatter seat may work better.
