Leaking Sunroof on Citigo

Hi - can anybody help. Went to move my wife’s car today which has been parked up for over the last 3/4 weeks - welcomed with a considerable amount of water in rear footwell on drivers side.

noticed rear roof lining is damp. The car was recently serviced by garage - wondering if the sunroof was not closed properly or possible drain channels blocked.

also where do the drain tubes/channels exit on three door car?

This is the first time it has happened - low mileage car.
