Boot release will not work

Featured Replies

Hi,

The boot release on my Karoq has suddenly stopped working. It was fine at the beginning of the journey and on an intermediate stop opening from the fob and internal button. When arriving home would not respond to the handle switch, fob or internal button. Any ideas?

Thanks

Only time it happened to me it was the fuse.  Does the fuel filler flap still lock/unlock as I think it is on the same fuse?

Thanks for that. Now unlocks via the fob but not the handle. Filler flap seems to be ok so far.

Have you taken into account that after a drive, the boot remains separately locked until the driver's door is opened?

Thanks, that was my first thought when my wife couldn't open it. Keeping an eye on it though.
