Bought myself an 07 Octy VRS wagon to cart the Dog and newborn around in. 

 

Great car, here mostly to understand what i can do to personalise and modify the car!

what do you want to do it and what is your budget?

budget is as little as possible (newborn and a wedding has me counting the pennies!)

It'll need tyres soon + a wheel alignment so that'll come first; i dont like skimping on tyres and have had goo dusccess with Michellin PS4s in the past so they'l go on all four corners. 

FRom there, i would like to update the headunit to a carplay unit (everywhere i look, it seems RCD330 is the most reccoemnded, cheapest and simplest option, but i do like the idea of retrofitting something from factory from a newer model, will need to do some research on these forums!)

Down the road i would like to play with things like suspension tune (the front is quite crashy, want to see what i can do to nullify this a bit) and **maybe** a ecu tune/tweak if the budget allows 

who knows where it'll go!
