Skoda fabia mk2 drivers side when locked lights don't flash lock it from passenger side lights flash some times drivers side only unlocks drivers door othertimes is ok passenger side always unlock all doors other occasions I have to open back door to open the boot this car is doing my head in problem after problem

Is this using a key in the key holes and not a remote fob with the press the button once, or button twice unlocking facility.

 

What age of car, what trim level?

Its not on a fob its slot and key its a 2007 1.2 htp 

Check the wires in the front door looms for damage.
