Hello! Would it be a worthwhile modification to install Torsen in the Superb? Most likely from an Audi C5 since that's the most similar in size car (the Passat B5 Torsen guts might be too short for the Superb?).

If it was me, id ask myself:

What would be the benefit?

How much am I willing to spend?

 

Looking at the relatively low value of Superb Mk1's, I'd say if you have expendable cash to throw at something like this, the why not. 

 

Will it be easy? Probably not. Will it be cheap? Probably not.

I mean, both of these factors depend on whether or not it's a bolt in mod. If it's not and it requires welding/modifying the chassis, I obviously won't bother. But if it is, the donor car would be the biggest expense. And excluding labor, getting 4wd for about 1000 euros is worth in my book.
