Hi, can anyone advise which type/brand of blue thread lock would be suitable for fixings that require thread lock application for my Fabia, I didn't realise that there were differing strengths and types, obviously the fixings will still require the ability to be loosened not locked solid as and when required.

It doesn't matter, all blue threadlock is dismantleable and there's only a handful of places where it's actually needed, flywheel bolts for example.
