My car is 2018 Skoda Karoq (1.0TSI-DSG) 

Its version is STYLE in Turkey.

 

I need neat solutions for 

1- rear seat arm rest (non available in my car)

2- Storage solutions to place under the front seats.

2- rasied trunk floor with an organizer under it.

 

 

Any ideas?

 

Can't help for the first two, but people have documented their homemade boot floors at Homemade boot floor - Seat Ateca Forums

which is of a course essentially a rebadged Koraq. No doubt you could add wooden dividers to 'organize' the space under it

I have two plans,

1- I'll change spare wheel with a thin spare wheel as soon as possible.

If the place gained does not solve my "secret storage" needs, 

2- I'll try to build a homemade boot floor as you guided me.

The slim spacesaver wheel is around 12.5 cm deep instead of the standard wheel's 22.6 cm, but to reclaim all this depth you'll need to change the polystyrene packing pieces and central support.
