i Guys and Gals,
I've got a Skoda Octavia 2.0 Tdi VRS 2010 Estate. I noticed yesterday the tailpipes twisted a bit and the silencer was hanging below the bumper. I guessed it was a rubber that had snapped. I put it over the pit at work (Bus Mechanic) and the rear silencer has nearly snapped off. My question is.. where can I get a replacement rear silencer that wont break the bank. I've searched Ebay and all they have is the sporty type of exhaust systems, I just want a replacement. I've checked some Skoda breakers online but a huge amount of reviews say to stay away from this company/that company etc etc. I live in the Lancashire area.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

What kind of cost are local fast fit type places quoting? Might be worth getting a ballpark figure off them and checking with a dealer.

Having the same problem myself, just done a 1000 mile road trip without the back box.

What did you do in the end? All I've found is that there is no aftermarket option in Europe and it's a dealer part only with 5 in UK stock
