1.8 tsi loss of power

Hi all i have a 2011 octavia 1.8tsi it was misfiring so i replaced all four spark plugs, 2 coils and it has solved that problem but my new one is a electrical one i think. 
 

One of the relays in the fusebox in the engine bay is very noisey and i have the following errors on vcds. I have replaced the relay with a brand new one with the same ref number as the one i took it but its still the same and when im driving i can only go around 35mph if i try and go faster it struggles and judders.
