We had our 2020 superb sportline plus  delivered this week but hand over from the dealer was very limited so I’m going to have lots of questions this week!

First off the memory seat-

Went to the supermarket this morning using my profile. When I got back in the car to come home it decided I was my wife and moved the seat up and forwards. (She’s 30cm shorter than me so it was quite uncomfortable!)

How does the car decide who has got in?

We use two profiles but only one key and then selecting on the dash who is driving.

It does remember the last driver profile though. Have you set up the seat to the right person?

 

If you use two keys then each profile needs setting up.

Yes, seperate keys can have seperate Seat profiles. Make sure you don’t have the two keys together in the car.

There is also a change on 2021 MY cars tgat to set the seat, instead of pressing the set and 1, 2 or 3 at the same time, now it’s pres the set button, let go and press eitger 1 2 or 3 within 10 seconds, yiu will then get a chine to tell you it’s set
