New here- hello all!

Hi everyone.

My name is Alex, and I’m a new owner of a 2005 Octavia hatchback with a 1.9 PD engine (103bhp BJB engine code)
 

I’ve been driving for coming up to 12 years now, and its my first “grown up” car, after a Peugeot 106, Ford Fiesta, and most recently a VW Polo. I’ve finally got a 4 door car with a decent boot.

I picked the car up with just 44k on the clock in January, and have clocked up just under 2k since. I’m loving the improved MPG, and power compared to my other cars. 
 

I’ve got some questions to ask, but will ask in the appropriate forums. A big hello to everyone here, looking forward to helping out if I can. There may be some stupid, perhaps simple questions I ask, as I’m not the greatest with cars but always looking to expand my knowledge.
