Anyone had an issue with a Lane Assist warning failure and amber triangle appearing. Seemed to reset OK when I turned the engine off and back on. Lane Assist seems to be working.

Waiting for a call back from the Dealer (for over a week now) regarding a series of reboots on the infotainment screen so I will add it to that!

Lane Assist has been OK for me but I have had a few odd events such as a light fault (DRLs) warning which cleared itself on stopping and restarting the engine.

Is there a feature that is working on mk4 octavia?

I'm having intermittent Park Distance Control failures, turning car off and on again makes no difference and I can't see any pattern in terms of where I've left the car for it to be affected (ie in full sun).  Last night leaving the office it popped up again but only for a second, and then cleared itself, odd.  Parking radar is unusable when this error is in play, not sure what else...

 

Haven't had Lane Assist fail this way, though I was very pleased to find the steering wheel shortcut to turn the damn thing off yesterday (rather than trying to fumble through infotainment menus while driving), think that will become a routine operation for me for most journeys!
