I have a 2007 Roomster with a bare roof (ie no rails or fittings I can see).

After searching there doesn't seem any obvious choices about which roof box feet will fit my car.
Thule make a lot 'Fit Kits' https://www.thule.com/en-gb/roof-rack/fit-kits?q=HD3y2FV6G

But how can I find out which one will fit my car?
I saw another post about retro fitting rails. Has anyone done this sucessfully?

Any advice really appreciated.
This is my first post so sorry if it's in the wrong section.
Many thanks.

Morning.

The only way to have a roof box is to fit the roof rails I am afraid, there is no other way around it.

I fitted the roof rails to my Roomy recently for one I like thenlook and two I want to add a roof cage - for that rat look etc.

I eventually got some second hand roof rails and brought a brand new roof rail fitting kit template from skoda parts direct - they also sell brand new roof rails too.

I did go to a local bodyshop to neaten upthe holes.

Yes you have to drill into the car/roof - but it can be done.

Everything is there under the roof - just got to drill to expose them 👍

Hope this helps.

All the best

Sean.
