If it's a factory fit option then it'll be in one of the diagrams on this page: wheels, brakes Fabia (FAB) [EUROPA 2014 year] (7zap.com)

You don't say what size it is and I cant quite be bothered looking through all the different pages for you looking for a match.

View the pages that are linked from that page on a computer rather than a phone or you might not see the part number column.

sorry its a 16"   205/45/16 fitted to a 2014 Mk2 1.2TSI Fabia Elegance

It looks like it's numbers 6,7,8 on this page, all have basically the same part number.

Not sure why the last letter differs, hoping someone more knowledge can explain that and if/what the differences would be between them.

If it's your car in the photo, take the wheel off and you'll find the part number stamped into the back of it near the bolt holes, I think.

I'm not very able bodied relying on my local garage , I'll run it round tomorrow and get them to remove a wheel see if I can get a part number .

The N/S front alloy is buckled (not the wheel in the pic) after going into a pothole although still holding air so I need to replace it

Make sure the locking wheel nut key is in the car before you set off.  :)

Put a claim into the local council for the cost of a replacement.

Your rim is number 6 below, ie. 5J0601025AA

Note, that every 0 is a number, NOT the letter O

Notice that 6, 7, and 8 are the same except for the colour.

Number 6 is diamond silver which has colour code 8Z8

Number 7 is white which has colour code FM9

Number 8 is black metallic which has colour code FL8

Maybe take the opportunity to fit a much more pothole resistant and far more comfortable tyre and rim size.

5J0601025AA is the same as 5J0601025AA 8Z8, so there really are only 3 parts listed.

Ordering 5J0601025AA will give you 5J0601025AA 8Z8

8Z8 is just the colour code.

Some sellers list this part as:

5J0601025AA

5J0601025AA 8Z8

5J0601025AA8Z8

It's useful to know this if you are searching for a part online, such as ebay.

Most sellers will use the short format in their listings, ie. 5J0601025AA

5J0601025AA will always have the colour code 8Z8. There are no other colour codes for 5J0601025AA
