Can anyone help me find a home for this piece of plastic trim? I found it on the floor of the rear passenger footwell, but for the life of me I can't find where it came from!

 I will try later to put up a photo of it.

Iv'e tried keying in the number on Google, but it just comes back as "trim"

Its item 26 on this diagram but the drawing of it means nothing to me as I dont have your vehicle, hopefully you will recognise it.
