Got my 2021 vRS iV a couple of weeks back, have a real niggling problem that even the local dealer cant sort, and they want my car for over a week.

 

When I set my home or work address in the satnav it records it, as soon as I get out lock the doors, get back in - BAM!  All the details are lost, this is also the case with favourites, recent locations etc etc.  Of course I can get around this using Android Auto or Apple Car Play but its not the point.

 

Interestingly, it stores my favoured DAB stations and remembers those.

 

Anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it.

Yes, same for me when the car was new in march this year. After I repeatedly entered the homeadress a couple of times and syncronised the settings under the user menu, it suddenly remembered it and it have remebered since then. Now I won´t touch it again in case that I screw something up
