Can anyone help with this? Still don't know where the valve is located to check connections. Has anyone got a picture or can guide me in the right direction?

Thanks

Dave

Not the best of help.... but try Google search for... P164E00 - Oil pressure regulation valve Electrical error

Info seems to point towards Oil filter area.... Maybe lookup parts list and checkout filter area

One example.....  https://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/833792-Code-p164e-after-oil-change

Maybe this will help... Item 13

Hi i have the same error like you had on my Superb 3 Combi 2.0 tdi 140 kW.

Error P164E00 in the fault memory but no motor light/ oil light or something on the Dashboard. Have you changed the green oil pressure switch or what’s the solution?

Best Regards

I took this to the garage and they replaced the oil pressure switch. But not sure which one they replaced.
