Yes i just dont really like the font especially in silver chrome whatever you want to call it

Keeping the vrs badges just had confirmation my stuffs been posted so will show you the finished product once arrived

Took off the fabia badging today came off smoothly just got some really hot water over each letter one by one before using the dental floss only hard part was getting rid off the adhesive but looks alot cleaner will send another pic once i fit the new badges

That would drive my OCD mad are you going for the black fabia lettering?

😂😂😂 haha and no only because id want to change the vrs badges to match and the front looks like a real pain in the ass from what i can tell probably going to keep it like this but when the new badges and paint comes put them on, are you getting the black badges?

Take a look at these pics and the worst thing was the actual colour badge was perfect it was the black one that came with the lugs misplace so had to fiddle around and use a rose chopper to take them off

On the topic of badges, I quite like the mk1 style of badge with the TDI under it. Wonder how it would look on a mk2?

It really depends you could get the fabia badge in mk1 style think thats look pretty cool perhaps if you get all the badges like that but its not a tdi

Yeah my front badge was the same. Cut the lugs off with a hot knife. All you need now is a black roof and your good to go lol.    The fabia font on the mk1 looks a lot better

Oh well that woulda been a useful trick me and my grandad spent a good 10 mins picking at them with whatever we could find he seems more stressed at it than me,

Black roof would be mint but first thinking of getting the alloys refurbished and powdered gloss black i really dont like the standard colour..

Mk1 vRS was just the old fabia logo with the old vrs logo under it i'm pretty sure. Sorry for the miscommunication I was thinking about my own Monte, it being a tdi.
