With the increase in Cat thefts Im wondering if my car could be targeted are the cats of any value in the mk 3 ?

 

Iv seen a lot of newer Japanese hybrids cars getting theirs stolen.

Not sure, but I think the cat is in the engine bay, rather than under the car, so possibly not as vulnerable 

Correct, You certainly won't be getting a cordless angle grinder into this location from under the car
