Mk3 octavia vrs estate rear door holding water

Featured Replies

Hi all, i have seen a few other posts similar to this but im not sure if the problem is quite the same, the passenger side rear door skin was holding a large amount of water after heavy rain the past few days,

im not sure where the water gets in,

-would it be the top of the door or the felt window seal/scraper?

- would it be best to pull the door card off and check inside then change all seals on that door?

- whats the best place to get those seals?

Any help would be appreciated.

Gets in down the windows ,mine did same ,move the seals at the bottom of the door and give the drain holes a good clean they get quite dirty ,not happened since i did mine 👍

Top banana, there was a fair bit of dirt that came out when i drained it, ill pull the covers off all the doors and give them all a clean out to make sure then, thanks for the advice!
