To restore Factory Settings. MENU>>Settings>>Factory Settings>>(Restores all settings, deletes primary user)>>Confirm reset

  you have to go into system and delete all users.

7. Do as above, make new account - SEVERAL CHANGED PASSWORD ATTEMPTS LATER -  IT WONT LET ME.

8.Contact live chat - Answer -  you have to go into e sim-

Thank you for waiting. I would recommend deactivating the e-SIM during the registration process. You can do this by following the instructions below:

MENU>>Data connection>>Integrated data e-SIM>>Tap to deactivate

Once you've done this, please try to connect the infotainment unit to either a mobile hotspot or a Wi-Fi network via: MENU>>Wi-Fi>>Find network>>Enter network key>>Connect

You will be able to reactivate the e-SIM after the registration process.

I do apologise for that. Alternatively, I would recommend visiting your local ŠKODA Retailer so they can inspect your system and resolve this for you. Would you like me to locate your nearest one and their contact details?

Oh yes, they wondered why i  hadent downloaded the app on my phone and why the system did used to work without having to do this.

 

 

If you are going to use WiFi it deactivates esim anyway then reactivates it after you close the WiFi or as a hotspot they are just check boxes. Have you changed your email address if so it cancels your subscription

Password change, about 11 times now, straight back to square 1

Lady at Skoda dealership cant understand how I got it working in the first place without downloading the App. Windows phone, no support since 2017 but it works...AS A PHONE1.

In the system for Skoda Auto now, supposed to be calling back, we'll see.

Locked up black screen except for "GOODBYE EMPTY", MULTIPLE LOCK UPS, SOS SENDING  ON ITS  OWN, PLEASE PROVIDE MISSING DETAILS  ON NAME AND ADDRESS SET UP, WONT ACCEPT. ACCESS TO "SHOP" GETS AS FAR AS BILLING THEN FREEZES UP, STILL WONT RECOGNISE PHONE.......................ETC ETC ETC
