Hi all I have recently bought a Skoda citigo 2016 colour edition and unfortunately I am unable to update the maps on the Garmin satnav due to the Skoda fresh Garmin link not working it does not work on any of the Volkswagen or say that websites so I do not know how I will be able to update the maps even using third-party files since I don’t have the fresh software.

 

For example, I’ve tried to download from here: https://skoda.garmin.com/skoda/site/fresh

 

Any ideas how I can circumnavigate this software in order to download updated maps?

I've posted in a couple of places which you can find here https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/492871-navigon-1st-version-update/  and as yet I have yet to receive even an acknowledgement from either Skoda or Garmin. 

It appears that 5 years after switching to the Move & Fun app they've decided to no longer support the PID without any warning. Coupled with their lack of response their customer services are working as well as ever......

I should have added that I do have Garmin Fresh on a laptop but it no longer will update maps.

Unfortunately Garmin no longer supports our PID's. Therefore, maps nor software updates are no longer available. Thus it makes PID's a bit obsolete. Real shame 😔
