Roof bars for hatch with no rails?

Featured Replies

I'm looking to get roof bars for a roof box but need the ones that attach to the roof holes inside the doors. (Hatch with no roof rails).  Does any have experience of these? Do Skoda sell them?

The last thing I want to do is damage the door trims or mark the paintwork, I'm assuming these systems don't do that?

TIA.

Thule rapid kit is what im using in Ireland. Great piece of kit. Quick to put on and remove comes in three pieces and you can use different types of bars to suit your vehicle. I use the wing bars as they are a lower profile.

Do you have link to it?

Another vote for Thule Wingbars.

here are the three parts I have for my 2018 hatch, no issues with the sunroof either and they use the built in holes in the top of the door frames.

I use Pro Rack roof racks to carry the bike racks.

Easy to fit/remove and adjust.

It's not the 'aero' version, so it does get a bit noisy when driving at speed.

Bought it back when I had my mk2 Octavia RS liftbacks.  I can use it on the Superb now.
