Skoda Octavia III comby - airbag light on and other issues

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

As sometimes stupidity kicks in, I damaged my central dash air vent with a 2€ phone older. Took it out to see if I could fix it. Since it was really damaged, I call the dealer for a new part that is arriving next monday. Untill then, I drove the car without the part and the airbag warning light came on. Put the damaged part back on just to clear the fault and it does not.

Question: Does it clear only with DVCS?

Another issue is with the front main ceiling interior light: It does not turn on with any door or with the button. Shall I replace the part as well?

156000kms on the clock and the water pump started to fail. Looking at the treads, I was expecting that. Going to the garage next week

Thank you for the help.
