Ha yes once i decided that was it, especially with the offer on thevRs that was too good to turn down. 

 

Sorry to be leaving the Skoda fold again for my car but wife has a Kamiq as family car so staying around (and has a roofbox on the few occasions we need the space).

 

Power wise BMW  is faster but not that much in reality despite power differences. Its just such a more lively and fun experience in the way it drives and the diff really feels much more active in corners than the vRS and the smaller size left me feeling much more confident along fast winding B roads. The interior quality a big step up too.  

 

You're right about the boot of course and nothing to match the vRS.
