I bought a second hand Octavia estate (18 plate) and it doesn't have a data sticker in the usual places.  The car didn't come with a service book which is the other place it would be.  I didn't buy it from a main dealer , so how can I get a replacement sticker to put in the car?  The main dealers I've approached aren't interested in helping.

I'd appreciate any advise.
