My wife's Kia Ceed has a rear view camera... I thought it would be a dumb feature; but we use it all the time when parking. It's extremely useful to check on people when reversing.

 

My new Scala doesn't have one. :( 

 

Is it possible to retrofit one and hook up to the stereo screen?

Yes it is possible. You will likely require the wiring harness and it will need to be coded to your vehicle.

 

By default Scala's and Kamiq's come with lowline RVC with washer jet, but you can get the highline RVC which includes dynamic guidelines and a better picture, it will have an extra wire connecting it to the CANBUS.
